    KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Wednesday announced countrywide referendum over Abbottabad operation. The party has released 17 questions seeking people's opinion till May 17.

    Addressing a press conference in Karachi MQM leader Anis Qaimkhani said some political and religious parties are taking political mileage of the Abbottabad raid. He said Abbottabad incident raising questions over the national sovereignty.

    He called the people to submit their answers at MQM offices by May 17.


    A question asks whether the nation should back those involved in bombings? whether the prime minister should continue his foreign trips? Whether the armed forces should back the poor masses of Pakistan? Whether drone attacks being conducted with the permission of Pakistani authorities,if US operation was attack on Pakistan’s sovereignty, what about Osama’s stay without permission in the country, did in any other country security agencies’ chiefs were asked to resign after terror attack?
    Whether Pakistan should launch an attack against the US or we should forget the past to strengthen our bilateral relations?
    etc.
    The questions are:
    Question No. 1: Did the citizens of America, Britain, Spain and other countries, after becoming the victims of terrorism, in the larger national interest keeping their political and ideological differences at one side, demanded for an action against those responsible for terrorism and their respective parties?

    Question No. 2: Or taking advantage of the acts of terrorism and to increase the rating of their respective parties, they tried to take advantage of the situation? Yes ( ) or No ( )

    Question No. 3: Did the Presidents and Prime Ministers of these countries, after the huge incidents of terrorism and important sensitive occurrences immediately or soon after went on foreign visits? Yes ( ) OR No ( )

    Question No. 4: Or after the occurrences of the acts of terrorism, if the Presidents and Prime Ministers of the respective countries preferred to cancel their foreign visits and immediately returned to their countries?
    A: Cancelled their visits and returned. ( )
    B: Continued their visits. ( )

    Question No. 5: Did the people of these countries, after these acts of terrorism or any other sensitive occurrence, demanded for resignation or an action against their respective heads of armed forces and/or intelligence agencies?

    Question No. 6: Do you think our armed forces and intelligence agencies should support the 98 percent poor and middleclass people or they should side with the feudals, sardars and waderas and corrupt capitalists?

    Question No. 7: What line of action should the people of Pakistan adopt against the terrorists involved in suicide attacks and bomb blasts?

    Question No. 8: During the natural calamities, earthquakes, floods and other tragedies; did our armed forces and intelligence agencies provide more rescue and relief services as compared to the political and religious parties? Yes ( ) OR No ( )

    Question No. 9: Referring to the terrorist attacks within the country, including the suicide attacks and bomb explosions, did the personnel and officers of armed forces, police and other law enforcement agencies offer more human sacrifices as compared to the leaders of political and religious parties?

    You know what the real comedy is ? These people who come from some subterranean areas, steal, kill, run away and become party leaders. They are so "scary" that people would do anything they demand in order to stay safe. They make money, flee to western countries and get their children educated in Oxford and Stanford. They live in palaces and tell poor people that they feel their pain and are with them when needed. They make money from our taxes and use police and the system against us.

    My Answer to this is: We did not leave our country because we wanted to, we left it because they made it like hell for us. The joke is that this does not make sense at all.

    These 17 questions can be answered by a 7-years old kid as well, but my single question to MQM is, what the ******* did they do to improve a comman man's life.

    what a joke, one can only laugh at above questions. I can bet these questions are produced by Altaf himself, he is most illiterate among them.

    ریفرنڈم اس بات پر ہونا چاہیے كہ اس حكومت نے كون سا رلیف دیا ہے عوام كو جو ایم كیو ایم واپس حكومت میں شامل ہو گئی? اس پر بھی كیا یہ حكومت اس قبل ہے اس ملك پاكستان كی حفاظت كر سكے گی مستقبل میں? اور یہ بھی تمام اہم وزارتوں مشاورتوں پر وہ لوگ لگائے ہوے ہیں جن كو عوام نے براےراست ووٹ سے نہیں كامیاب كیا? جیسے رحمان ملك بابر عوان (ڈاكٹر) اور بہت سارے جو عوام سے براےراست ووٹ لے كر اے ہیں وہ حكومت میں دور دور تك نظر نہیں آتے !اور رفرینڈم كے اہم نكات بقول وسیم اختر صاحب كے الطاف بھائی نے لكھے ہیں! تو یہ اہم نكات لندن نہیں پاكستان میں بیٹھ كر لكھے جاتے تو بہتر ہوتا! ان كی اہمیت كراچی كے علاواہ باقی پاكستان میں بھی ہوتی

    It's a Common Man who is voting MQM but the common man you are babbling about are not so common they either live in Raiwand, Bilawal House . Yes, you are right now a days only 7 year old kid will be able to answer these questions as rest of the so called common men you are talking about are busy plundering our country wealth and haven't got time to answer the questions.
