Well in that section every thread has to be approved my a Moderator / admin. we had to take that step coz few users started misuse the freedom of posting threads & 2nd if we allow or give free hand, all will be junk & daily talk shows will be hard to find among all threads coz every user thinks that he is posting something very Imp.
